On January 17th, the Highland Community Foundation presented the first “Highland Has Art” grant to Krystle Fuller and Molly Walker, two of the co-authors of the book Sidelined- Learning To Fly Again.
Sidelined is a book written by Fuller and four former students of Highland High School; Walker, Megan O’Donnell, Yolanda Miller, and Amber Gallagher. The book sets out each of the student’s personal struggles during their high school years and the inspirational strength they used to overcome them.
