The Highland Community Foundation closed out its current grant cycle by approving three additional “Highland Has Art” grants.
Earlier this year, HCF awarded Highland artist, Liz Mares, a $550 grant for printing an art book as part of her “Suburban Seas” multi-media art project scheduled to be completed this Fall. When the project is completed, it will be on display at Highland’s Promise You Art House.
